The Arenthian Church of The Divine Forum

After Melora was discovered by her then finder, Mercy Haventree, he began a version of Divine Forum worship centered around the nature god, who druids and nature clerics had been worshipping for ages before, in the hopes of bringing her worship to the mainstream. Many different kinds of believers follow this religion, with the Melora and Vivinora believers being the most prominent ones. At the end of the Age of Twilight, Morchar Bliss has taken over the responsibilities of the church so that Mercy could fulfill his duties as a Warden, and during the beginning of the Age of Light they reform into the Arenthian Church of The Divine Forum.

Normal practicioners can be seen all over Arenthia, with the Church of the Divine Forum in Starpoint and the newly constructed Cathedral of the Divine Forum in Darkburrow's keep. While Mercy is peforming his duties as Warden, he acts as a founder for more and more churches in the regions he works in, and every day it seems like the Church is adding new members. While a very successful new religion, Divine Forum worship has been very contentious even during the beginning years of the Age of Light.

Divine Origins

During the destruction done at Ashford during the final years of the Age of Twilight, Lord Mercy Haventree formed the founding philosophy for this religion after discovering newfound faith after an encounter with Melora. He claims he freed her from a crystalline prison, and was bestowed the power he needed to finally help his friends, and later the power he needed to become a Warden. How true this is, or how true the power she gave him is, is unknown. The success of the then Sect of Melora, however, in the coming years, was hard to deny. The only evidence of the power that he was bestowed is the blade he always keeps on his back, Wildfire.

Everything in Jade is a part of a perfect harmony. Nature, people, the sea, the stars, the gods, all alike in one fashion. We are all needed to produce the perfect choir that is Jade. Arenthian Divine Forum Worshippers believe that all of Jade acts as one and we can only root out evil by learning to live as one. This belief system makes the religion very popular among the druids of Arenthia.

4. You shall try to leave the world a better place you found it, for others come after you.
