Yellow Jackets
The yellow jackets maintain order in Portsmouth. They are paid through the town council. They of course are also in the pocket of PAULO GARDAN and a small Stipend from the Reef Sharks The yellow jackets were created by the second wave to handle basic security interests in Portsmouth.
Their commander is captain Dalkan.

There are approximately 100 Yellowjackets in the city of Portsmouth

Yellow jackets are decked from head to tow yellow uniforms and splint mail. Every officer is equipped with whistles.

Most yellow jackets operate on foot however some are mounted on horses.

10 privates to a sgt. 10 Sgts to a captain.
Tactics
The yellow jackets use whistles to rally together. Yellow jackets tend to all congregate on one target thinking of course they can find the others later. This is similar to a bees tactic of swarming upon one and smothering them. The unit is also fond of using glue traps to stick the enemy.
Training
Training for town guard is minimal. The best cities fighters are usually eaten up by private interests.
In order to become a member of the yellow jackets one need only apply at the office and complete the physical examination which is not terribly rigorous.
