Fort Beluarian
Fort Beluarian sits atop the Northeastern headland of the Chult peninsula, a wooden stockade structure will a tall keep built upon a hillock, elevated above the surrounding land. It's occupied by mercenaries of the Flaming Fist, who in turn work for the nobles and merchants of Baldur's Gate. They're commanding officer is Liara Portyr.
Fort Beluarian has many close ties with Port Nyanzaru, such as Shago, the son of the Merchant Prince Zhanthi, as primarily the Flaming Fist are here to further Baldur's Gate's interests and investments in the region, i.e. exploration and fortune seeking in some of the more dangerous areas of Chult, from which Port Nyanzaru gains some profit also.
Often can be found agents working for the Lord's Alliance, as Baldur's Gate falls under their network of allied mainland cities.
