Ifan Talro'a

Ifan has the bearing of a bitter old man, and a reputation for cruelty and mistrust. He has few friends, but has influence within many factions, and enjoys some level of popularity thanks mainly to the Port Nyanzaru Dinosaur Races which only take place because of the control he has over the trainers and Tiryki Anchorage Dinosaur Pens, an investment that more than profits him when it comes to race days. Ifan will only attend councils in Goldenthrone if they directly affect his business. Sometimes he may be found surrounded by his mercenary guards in the Tiryki Anchorage but is rarely open to greeting random people. More often he can be found in his Villa, which has a garish interior full of animal skins, pelts, mounted heads, and caged live specimens. He is also a prolific collector of Chultan artifacts, possessing a wide collection for his personal perusal.
