The central government that controlled all human controlled planets before they were invaded by the Celestial Empire.

Control is centralized to the Earth. However, each individual planet has its own planetary level government which operates below the central government

Was formed when the need to govern humanity beyond the planet earth. It received its own military force, and its own interstellar transportation system. When it was invaded by the Celestial Empire, it buckled and fell. It now only controls the planet earth.

Disbandment

Never disbanded, but became limited to only the planet earth after its loss against the Celestial Empire
