Structure

The CBA Adoption Agency maintains two orphanages in the Shalanera metro area. Their headquarters is at the Heavenly Haven Orphanage on the west side of town.

Assets

Both orphanages run by the CBA are overcrowded and have outdated furnishings.

History

The number of Vincaran children in need of homes has increased in the years since the Great Civil War, leading to overcrowding. Due to the higher demand for Lanarian children (and the racism of the agency's leadership), the orphanages' dormitories are segregated.
