Melsaria

Melsaria is a state of the Lanarian Empire in north-eastern Lanaria. Its capital is Valoh, and it is also the site of the Empire's capital, Shalanera.
The state's namesake is Melsar the Conqueror, who was born in Shalanera, and made it the capital of his new empire.
