Melzeen language

Melzeen, the archaic precursor of the Lanarish language spoken by Melsar and his armies, has been preserved in ceremonial language and documents such as the Book of High Law, as well as classic literature.
Nobility typically learn it as part of their schooling, but few have reason to retain it.
Fluency in Melzeen is considered impressive and/or pretentious, depending on whom you ask.
