Sallas (SAL-ahs)

Sallas is the member of the Vincaran pantheon associated with food--especially sweets--and celebrations. He does not receive as much attention and worship as the other gods and goddesses, but anyone preparing a feast or other special meal will ask for His blessing.
6006 in the Vincaran calendar was the Year of Sallas, making Him the newest deity until Irokori is born into the cosmos. While the cosmic births of other deities saw world-shaking events of historical importance, the Year of Sallas increased rates of obesity and tooth decay for awhile before Vincaran society returned to normal.
