Vincaran Federation (vin-CAR-un)
Founded after the Great Civil War, the Vincaran Federation is located in the southern hemisphere of Kavrillia. It consists of three archipelagos: Beticorra, Bexalit, and Iremeri.
The capital, Kalorolak, is located on Yebey Island in north-east Beticorra.
Leadership
A presidential election is held every five years to choose a president to lead the Federation. There are no term limits, so Ontaz has been the president since the nation's creation, and likely will remain in office until his death. There is no official vice president, but Ontaz's son, Nartok, is the second-in-command in practice, if not by law.Foreign Relations
Since its founding, the Vincaran Federation has been theoretically at peace with the Lanarian Empire. However, this peace has been threatened several times, notably in the Azha Campaign and the Wasat Crisis. In both instances, the Federation was the aggressor, attempting to gain footholds in lands held by the Empire. Relations between the two nations are uneasy at best, and it wouldn't take much of an incident for hostilities to erupt.
