Tarmerdes' Treasures

Built on the edges of the docks district in Riverhaven, Treasures is one of the largest and most curious of all the single-person foundries in the city.  It's proprietor, Tarmerdes specializes in rare and exotic patterns for weapons and armor, including forging armor for beasts of all sizes.  Prices are good, conversation is better.  And, if you're lucky, he just might have the one thing you never knew you needed...that is, until you walked in and saw it hanging on the wall!
