Edras

The Edras are a collection of writings attributed to Lysander. They are the foundational religious text of the Lysandrian Church. The first two Edras are compilations of Lysander's writings, while the third was assembled by Yuriel the Blessed based on speeches and discussions he had with Lysander.
The fourth and fifth Edras was written by Mareike the Seer. An illiterate slave, she was on her deathbed the day Lysander ascended to the heavens. Feeling a sudden burst of clarity, Mareike demanded a quill and paper and wrote without eating or rest for three days. Upon finishing the last page, she passed into a deep sleep and died. Her writings were discovered by Yuriel the Blessed, who considered them a work of divine inspiration.
