Tirish

The Tirish are the former dwarven inhabitants of Tirish Myr. Following the Calamity, the Tirish dwarves were forced to find a new home. Settling in the Ettrian Heights in 1436, they founded Tirish Var.

Major language groups and dialects

Tirish dwarves speak a dialect of Dwarvish that is mutually-intelligible with Demarker Dwarvish. To a Demarker, the Tirish dialect sounds uneducated and rural.
