Soma

The largest continent in the realm of Khasur is known as Soma, or in the Elven tongue, Great Mountain. Though there are islands, some as large as Elutra that beg the question of continent status or mere isle, Soma is regarded as the one true 'continent' by the Continental civilizations and peoples.

Ecosystem Cycles

An intense winter that last longer than a mere quarter of the year extends from the last months of what we would know as Fall to the early months of Spring. During this time it is so deathly cold that life fundamentally changes for many species and communities, often seeking shelter underground.
