The Seekers' Guildhouse
The Seekers' Guildhouse is the headquarters for the famous (and sometimes infamous) Seekers' Guild. The building stands next to the Library of Light in the aptly named Seekers' Rest on the north side of the Stumps] in Din'Lux.
The building was originally intended to house all of its members, who were promised room and board as a guild perk. However the guild has grown considerably in the last several years and the modest structure can no longer accommodate each of its Seekers. Instead, the guildhouse is available to members on an as-needed basis free-of-charge.
The guildhouse boasts a large dining hall, where visitors are allowed to sit at one of its lengthy oak tables and enjoy an ale and hear a tale or two from the Seekers, who are often more than willing to brag of their exploits. The rest of the guildhall, however, is off-limits to anyone who is not a member.
The armory for the guild is located in a central room without windows and with only one entrance, which is guarded at all times. The armory houses a variety of weapons, armor, magical items, and the guild's iconic kinfire lanterns. The lanterns in particular are closely guarded and maintained. In a partnership with the Scholars' Circle, a circle member makes regular visits to the guildhouse in order to oversee the maintenance and care of the lanterns.
Upstairs in the guildhouse are a number of bedrooms for Seekers in need of a place to stay as well as the guildmaster's quarters. The guild also employs a small staff for cooking, cleaning, and clerical work.
