Poreibar̂um

From time to time, the Catbalus needs to appoint ambassadors or other foreign ministers. These individuals are called Poreibar̂um. Their office is limited to a particular mandate, but their authority within the confines of that mandate can only be overriden by the R̂oldavum.

Requirements

To be selected as a Poreibar̂um, an individual must has served a term as an Eibar̂um.

Appointment

When a mandate arises that requires a Poreibar̂um to carry it out, the Eisabinus Catbalus will nominate three qualified candidates. The Catbalus will vote, and the individual who receives the highest number of votes will present themselves to the R̂oldavum for confirmation. If the R̂oldavum confirms them, they become the Poreibar̂um. If not, the individual who won the second highest number of votes will present themselves to the R̂oldavum for confirmation, and so on. If none of the first three are selected, new candidates will be nominated and the process will repeat.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

A Poreibar̂um can be dismissed by a unanimous public vote of the Catbalus, or by Imperial Order from the R̂oldavum.
