Physical Description
A very slender giant shadow being, capable of being behind you before you even blink. Not strong At all, in fact interaction with matter is a bit tiring for him.
Made of shadow, looking like it's always leaking and flowing to the ground, and then back up to the head.
Where is his faces in all that shadow? Only two dark red lights appears where the eyes should be.
His shadowy aspect, his clothes, and his absence.
He stands silent, do not move at all, his hand in the back, just his shadowy being leaking like a gas.
As a shadow he can be anywhere in a second, and cannot be seen easily. He can manipulate bodies with aether strings, or directly possess one himself. He can temporarily inflict blindness and paralysis.

Mental characteristics
Son of Spiridia, born in the Calyster Palace, in the arms of the four Magisters, without his mother or father even being present. Raised by four different parents, the four Magisters, his personality became very different from what a Calyster could be, understanding better than any Eriathril the feelings of the other signs. His life having been a constant struggle, far from his parents, living the war with his own eyes, he became an Enumbris, perhaps the only social Enumbris there is. He is not very interested in politics or worldly affairs; he almost never leaves his tower, and even worse, he rarely gets up from his desk in the library at the top of the tower. When he does leave, it is because the world is in danger, or because "the wind is howling". His life was not a quiet life though, Kenariah never stopped trying to invade Alia and free Shaar from his tomb, and Orbos was there, almost every time, before his son Phyrios was old enough to fight.
As a genderless athrian, he considers himself as an old man that lived too long.
In 1500 years of existence, he had the time to follow education from every social level, and every country. A true Athrian if any.
Head of onirem Family, guardian of his people, officially member of the noble chamber of Meridian council, that he hate being implied with.
He does not recognize any himself, but he actually participated in saving the world hen the fall occurred, and avoided the return of Shaar by fighting Kenariah at least 30 times in 1000 years.
He doesn't consider any of his existence's choices as either failure or embarrassment, mistakes are to be made, he only sees what he can do, not what he did.
An enumbris is immune to traumatic experiences.
1500 years of observing the world from afar, hidden in the shadows, knowing how to influence without existing. None can lie to him, or even try to deceive him.
He consider that he do not have to impose his will upon people even if he is wiser and have good intentions behind it; only those who directly ask for help may receive it.
Personality Characteristics
To be alone and not disturbed while doing nothing.
He is quite good at making little trinkets with wood, screws and nails, good knitter, and fine reader too. He doesn't feel like trying anything else.
He likes being alone in his cabinet. He dislikes going out in public.
He is a hero and will never tell anyone about it, keeping that secret.
Lazy, devoid of any will to do anything of his days; that since the birth of his first two children.
Nothing, He can stay hours without saying or doing nothing, standing still like an inanimate object.

In the shadow all connections are made, He knows every important persons in Naredim, some may not be aware of that fact.
An overprotective father, or lenient father, He can do both, and know where are his limits, all his children are adults now.

Polaris of Akerese religion, he does not trust much the gods of Meridia, but respect them.
Some may wonder if he ever existed, or if he is still alive.
Sometimes he moves a hand to illustrate his point or emotion, hardly noticed.

History
His first years were without her mohter, and after the fall she did everything to take up on the lost years. He first holds grudge of that, and with the time forgot she even ever abandoned him. Now he sees in her the great and beautiful, protective warrior that rose him to the person he is now. Herself, slowly lost the guilt she felt from leaving him in the hand of others, to be the proud mother and grandmother of a great family.
History
Orbos grew mostly without knowing his father, but his dream haunted him for a moment. Fighting alongside against Shaar forged their bond. Their relation is not exactly the one of a father and a son, but of two legendary heroes that fought together.

They grew together in the fortress of kard'harim in a time of chaos and war. Both Calyster, changed into the opposite sign, they developed the significance of their own element by seeing in the other how to control their power and avoid falling in evil deeds.

History
Orbos is Orbos, distant, and a bit passive. But he made all the effort in the world to show Quarhnia all the love she deserved, as for all his children. Quarhnia more than the other due to her being a calyster. But he also tried to keep fair and not give the feeling of Quarhnia being his favourite, even considering every of his other children were adult (except Helana) when she was born.
Today still he sees her as a child that is not ready to go in adventures like his other children, and yet also expect her to be a more powerful guardian than He, Spirida or Karth ever has been.
Whatever he wishes he can have, he wishes nothing.
