House Qesh
House Qesh are the rulers of the Qesh Dynasty, and oversee all the other noble houses under it. Although membership and participation within the Qesh Dynasty is mandatory, they provide a large amount of freedom for the noble houses under them to rule as they please. Even while they provide so much autonomy, they are still strongly associated with leadership and an iron-fisted rule due to the previous generations of House Qesh being brutal conquerors and having borderline despotic leadership. There were a lot of quashed rebellions and attempted secessions before they grew fearful of their constituents mounting a unified attack against them, and gave them more freedom to prevent that. They still have final say over anything within their kingdom, but they rarely use it unless they believe it's needed.
