The Empyrean Cascade

The global outpour of godlike beings into Laminarum from an unknown origin.

The Empyrean Cascade was a long time coming, being predicted by certain individuals with gifts of foresight amongst the Saltkrigere Paladins. Oddly, the Kaban in particular seemed to have some insight on their arrival due to predictions from Kadelkonatl (as they claimed). While details are sparse and validity of firsthand accounts are subject to scrutiny, some claimed that a physical rift opened, leading to an outpour of heavenly beings into the world. Most accounts depict these celestial creatures as immediately being present in their dominions of choice.   Notable divine beings arising from this would be Epithet, the Fleet, Onothis, the Mountain, Eshiren, the Waterblight, and Ghattadon, the Gentle, though there were dozens of others in the cascade.
