Ohdaufeen (Oh-dow-feen)

The Ohdaufeen are a family of celestial beings worshipped by humans. They do not encompass all gods worshipped by man, but they are by far the most known about (and according to those that worship them, the most powerful of all gods). The pantheon is categorized by generation, with the oldest three brothers being the "Ohfjuren" (and Silset unofficially marrying into the generation), their children being the "Engaleim," and "Ichaleit" being the grandchildren.   Ohfjuren:   Engaleim:   Ichaleit:
  • Rel Eteisus, devil of fate and natural disasters
  • Maephyr, god of games and competitions
  • Boralia, god of history and truth
  • Efainen, god of rules and creeds
  • Odina, god of stories, plays and poetry
  • Aedir, god of celebrations, Peace, and atonement
  • Ghailen, god of celebtrations, indulgence, and curiosity
Upon these "Ohdaufeen" are spiritual beings known as the Ohdaufehl and Aufalten, which are created by the gods and can influence the world in direct ways that their creators can not. These celestials are not exclusively made by the human gods, but Taopinism denotes them as Ohdaufehl nonetheless. The Aufalten are the Ohdaufehl which have abandoned their post or otherwise failed their mission, either by outside corruption or rejection of their nature.   Throughout The Augury, there are plenty more gods to speak of that are free to worship and not considered part of the "Ohdaufeen" family. All of these gods are generally recognized by the augury and free for individuals to worship, so long as they formally recognize the Ohfjuren as the prime authority over all things.   The following is a family tree, for a better visualization of how the Ohdaufeen are related: (to view other portions of the tree, click on the god of interest)
