Renken

What many modern Renyans claim as their descent when they have a mix of Alkken and Ammaken. It is a safe bet and doesn't align you politically with either of the courts. Claiming to be Renken is more common in newer areas, especially Ald Deyna and Ald Kaytan.

History

Legend holds that long ago outsiders came to the forest of Alk Abana as a war was being fought. The outsiders were refugees and agreed to join forces with the locals in their war. Together they fought back and the forest survived. From here, generations passed and now it is hard to tell if anyone in the region could be called one of the Alkken or an outsider (Ammaken).
