LD II: Prologue, Scene 2 --> Moving Forward from the Brownies
The Brownies have at least temporarily been removed from the garden of Buskkar Skwaash, and our heroes receive their reward and decide to spend a day poking around town before meeting up again in the evening.
The date this evening is Jann the 6th, six days from the full moon.
At the Four Bears:
First, Oleg Strongwill stops in to visit Kahn, [Brenda decides his appearance, mannerisms, and what he's doing in Broond], sits down with the party.
It proves an evening of sharing the activity and knowledge gleaned from the day, with Oleg prompting more information. Fletcher is off stage perhaps? A storyteller filling in?
Other locations in Broond
So four plot hooks:
First, the Bear People and Ronja Mountain Whatever information has been gleaned, nothing further, although Broadbraid, Blackbeard, and Chainmail come in out of the cold... Possible sources of information. @Act 2, possibility 4: Overheard: The Bear People and the Dwarven Temple to Ronja
Second, the storyteller (Valari Nientesha) tells of the Shivvar, and how to this day there are forest animals being destroyed by whoever has taken up residence in this ancient elven tower. Act 2, possibility 7: Nientesha: The Shivvar and the Forest Explosions
Third, an old sailing acquaintance, Frodin Ropestack, stops in and raises the possibility that Keel's family might have been risen from the dead for an undead army... Act 2, possibility 2: Sailor Conversation: Zombies on the Beach
Fourth comes from this. The King's forces wish to capture Fletcher's family for their extensive thievery and roguery. Act 2, Possibility 1: Inn Encounter: Rescue the ____ Family--or to the underdark?
