This treaty established the requirements for Dwarves, Gnomes, Kalashtars, Aasimars, Goliaths, and Genasis’ to serve in the military for 5 years, and it stated that all other races aside from Humans, Elves, Half-Elves, and Halflings, would be slaves working for the betterment of Gryerlth.
