Treaty of the Forest Hearth

The following document stipulates the multilateral agreement that allows the nation of Penumbra into the Joint Calagh Alliance. Herein the nation of Penumbra agrees to all terms of the Treaty of the Joint Calagh Alliance, so too do all nations of the alliance agree to extend all terms over the High Republic of Penumbra. Any notions of war between all sovereign entities are hereby dispelled unto such time as the termination or the finality of this treaty’s term.
Furthermore the governments of all three nations accept the responsibilities cast upon them in times of war. These are the obligations;

1. To participate, in favour of each other, when called upon in defensive war.
2. Any participation in offensive wars is not required by this treaty but is encouraged.
3. To raise troops to aid in said participation.
4. To provide aid; monetarily, medically or in the form of food when so requested by the other. And to provide these with haste.

In addition, each nation agrees to provide to the other all information concerning any potentially hostile governments and their actions.
Grounds for termination of this treaty are as follows;

1. Failure to respect the obligations of the treaty
2. A dragon’s wish to the contrary to this treaty
