Captain Dursa Es-Grond (a.k.a. Dursa Seaspear)
Dursa Es-Grond is the captain of the S.V. Quintessence. A legendary captain, she is known for her exemplary leadership and unparalleled sharpshooting ability. The loyalty of Dursa's crew is unbreaking, and the captain makes great effort to ensure that the bond between her and her crew is always strong. Though the Quintessence is only her second captaincy, Dursa has made quite the name for herself across wildspace.

Personal history
Originally from the Blood Sea Isles on Krynn, Dursa left the world when offered a job on board a Tinker Gnome spelljammer. She served aboard various ships in different positions over the next decade, often as a guard or bosun. Eventually, she came into the employ of Allar Transplanar, serving as first mate aboard the company's second largest cargo ship. When the captain of that ship eventually retired, Admiral Ruk Grond promoted Dursa to captain.
Dursa quickly made a name for herself as captain of her newest command, and was brought into the captain's council to represent the company's shipping & transport operations in Krynnspace. In her time on the captain's council, Dursa and Ruk Grond developed a strong emotional bond. Shortly after Rurik Allar had given Dursa command of the Quintessence, she and Ruk were wed in a private ceremony.
