Once a lone homesteader in the north, Gaulbrynn was captured by the forces of the New Bond and hauled to the Giant Pits as a prisoner. While Gaulbrynn (AKA Gaulby) lacks any military knowhow, or any relationship with the Children of Varbrunt, he was seen as a target due to him being a Giant.

Gaulbrynn is missing his right hand, and the wound is relativley fresh. The rest of his body is rugged and covered in cuts and bruises.

However the recent loss of his right hand has provided new difficulties for Gaulbrynn. He is struggling to re-adapt to his lifestyle, but remains opimistic.
