Delsin is a Human Vakeros warrior, from Dessi .  He is a skilled practitioner of Magi Magic and has skills with fencing weapons.

He was with Cyson during the that man's failure as a soldier.  He blames Cyson  for the death of some of their companions and continues to haunt Cyson as he tries to rebuild his llfe.  Delsin, resents Cyson 's attempt to rebuild his life.
