The mercenary group wanding the Vaduzahn road travel to Kota-Hutan. They find a dead Shianti, or elf messenger on the road.

The message details how Roneld Guttens traveled through Kota-Hutan on his way to the Kota-Hutan Monastery. After residing there, he brought the Siswa to his side and was terrorizing the village. The Rahib has demanded that Rahasia turn herself over to him.

The mercenaries find that with the application of spells from Estrella, they can free a member of the Siswa from the Rahib's control. They test this theory by hunting down a patrol of Siswa, and freeing them from the Rahib's control.
