Siswa
The Siswa are an organization of pacifist Shianti, or elf living in Southern Magnamund. The majority live in Vaduzahn, and they maintain a temple/monastery just north of Kota-Hutan.
Many Siswa are "grey warriors" (unaligned warriors) from the Shianti Empire that sought our a reason for living following the loss of their Noble House. The Siswa have existed since MS 3025 and there are now fifth-generation Siswa on the main continent.
There are a number of Half-Elfs among the Siswa.

Structure
The Siswa are a pacifist order of monks an have no formal governing bodies. Where there is a base, or physical property, a Siswa is chosen by the majority to be an administrator for the grounds.
Mythology & Lore
When Ishir came and asked the Shianti Empire to remove themselves from the world in The Elven Retreat , a small number of Shianti, or elf interpreted her directives differently. They took her chiding to heart, and chose to remove their warlike natures from the world. They set aside their house loyalties and formed the Siswa.
Tenets of Faith
The Siswa are pacifists, dressing in simple brown robes, and attending to the gardens of their monasteries. They are dedicated to peaceful pursuits, the arts, and music.
