Elves of Amrun Told

This tribe of blue-skinned elves are a sea-faring race that live around the chain of islands known as the Amrun Told.
They are expert mariners, divers, and fishermen. It is said that no other ship made can compare to the speed and maneuverability of their masterwork crafts.
Although the elves can be found throughout the entire island chain of Amrun Told, they have made their capital in the city of Thulmir where they are ruled over by the Cirdan Council.

Foreign Relations

The Elves of Amrun Told are on good terms with their cousins, the Elves of Lhun Glad.  Their blue skin has saved them from some of the prejudices their wood elf cousins have endured as they are seen as having less role in the extreme measures taken at the end of theFractured Epoch
