Thulmir

Thulmir is located on the chain of islands known as the Amrun Told and is the chief city of the sea Elves of Amrun Told.  It is ruled over by the Cirdan Council.

Culture

Thulmir is the center of sea elven culture.

Demography and Population

approximately 60,000 elves and various mix of halfling and other demi-human races.

Trade & Transport

Thulmir trades with the nearby cities of Delvingshore and Spectross, as well as with the Elves of Lhun Glad to the north.  Thulmir has a tenous but profitable trade realtionship with the kingdom of Arkhazia.
