The eley that dwell upon the oceans of Vatenrelm, the Eleyaw are a strict and unreleting people. As the tide yields to nothing but the moon, so too do the Eleyaw stand true to their convictions. Able to glide through water, fascinate their foes, and sense the locations of their enemies, the eleyaw rule over a large portion of the waves of Vatenrelm.
