Inferno 32: "Floating World"

General Summary

After reviewing Bianca's contract, the party heads for the Senkensha monastery in the Nanshu mountains. Finding it largely in ruins, the party agrees to assist a young monk named Saki in exchange for her facilitating their entrance into Tiamat's dream to retrieve her passphrase to the Temple of the Ryu Empress. Inside the dream, the party struggles to remember themselves. Bianca attempts to reason with a pseudo-Lilith, pointing out that she's less interested in people after capturing them with some limited success before the conversation turns sour after Bianca turns down Lilith's advances.
Meanwhile, Marius speaks to the Ryu Empress directly, learning that she is depressed and feeling a great emptiness in her soul. After further discussion, Marius begins to suspect that Tiamat is Leviathan, Lilith's Apostle, and that she is deeply unhappy with the arrangement. Marius promises to help and receives the passphrase from her. Back in the Senkensha monastery, the group emotionally supports Bianca.
