Plot Hook: Goblins in Sharn

Recently, more and more Goblins are appearing in the lower wards of Sharn, The City of Towers and the other inhabitants there are acting extra strange on top of this change.
What might have caused more goblins to come to Sharn and what does this mean for the city at large?

The lowest levels of Sharn, The City of Towers are home to some of the most outcast and fringe characters in Breland. Many uncommon, more monstrous, creatures live here, including goblins.
Sharn was built on the ruins of an old Goblin capital, Mak'Rok, after the Brelish ousted the goblins from these lands in the early parts of the second age. Their large and oppressive structures laied the perfect ground work for the towers of Sharn we know today.
