Government
The government is run entirely by the powerful pharaoh everything he wills or says is law and will be enforced by the town guard. This makes the laws of the city spontaneous at times of high stress and high tension. Due to this, crime rate is always everchanging and is usually closely monitored by most citizens either to find an opportunity or to keep themselves protected.
Defences
The town is guarded by a powerful runic forcefield which is unbreakable by almost any means. It is said that The Almighty's strongest servant created this shield a long time ago as part of a deal. Many question the validity of that theory, however.
Industry & Trade
The city mainly makes money off of selling large portions of gold and different luxury materials to different nations throughout the world. Nations, that use crowns, are especially valuable since they use gold to create their currency.
Infrastructure
The infrastructure consists of tall tan colored buildings with flowing architecture and an almost illusion-like appearance. This makes it hard for most tourists to navigate the city without getting completely lost. On the richer end of town, houses look like something out a museum of fine art with extravagant hand crafted architecture that rivals even the most beautiful of lands.

Bazaar
The Bazaar is where most shopping is done and will randomly generate shops as you travel throughout it. Almost anything is sold in the bazaar including certain illegal goods. This is also a good place to anonymously sell just about anything.Keegan's Library
Keegan is a librarian, who was granted great amounts of knowledge, but was driven mad because of it. When venturing through this library all of his knowledge is stored within the different books. Be wary of what you look up, however, or you may risk getting involved in something far about your own power let alone your understanding.Runic Miracles
At Runic Miracles, you're able to commission work from the legendary rune scriber, Bos'mon. Bos'mon charges a lot of silver for his commission but his work is world class and is a lot more potent than any other rune.History
Has'aan once was 5 times larger than it is now, however, the ancient war with the dragonborn wiped out most of it. This is due to the final battle with the dragonborn taking place in this city and, as soon as things seemed hopeless, the first servant of The Almighty stepped forward and unleashed the wrath of god into the area whilst having all the civilians hide in the innermost portion of the city. This single blow dealt enough damage to completely derail the attack and caused extreme misfortune and death to almost every dragonborn in existence.
