Feywylds
A semi-material plane unbound by the laws of space, this forest plays host to those creatures of Melora that do not care to engage with the fabricability of the material world. There is no way to enter or exit the realm except through any of the Fey Gates, of which there are an unknown number.
A creature in the material plane might mistake this realm as a segmented forest, cut through as it has been by the compounding development of Bierland. However, one will find that in spite of the distance between them, a creature may enter into one Fey Gate and exit from another without having traversed that physical distance in the material Feywilds, provided that they have passed through that gate at least once before.
Geography
To creatures within, it is by all accounts a forest through which you can move and - but there is no way to spacialy map the Feywylds. They are navigable by knowledge only, meaning that a creature is only permitted to locate and travel to destinations that they know of.
Ecosystem
Imagine a translucent film attached to a cork board with tacks. This is the manner in which the Feywylds (the film) sustain and are sustained by Melora (the cork board). The tacks (Fey Gates) which pierce a precise hole in both planes to permit transit of material bodies and goods from one to another also serve as anchor points that sustain the realm by maintaining its connection with the divine body of the goddess herself: Mother Melora. Furthermore, every piercing upon the skin of Melora is safeguarded with ancient enchantments that are by all accounts completely binding and surrounded by thick forests that are aggresively uninhabitable.
