El Pequeño Soñador Freehold

El Pequeño Soñador, or "The Little Dreamer," is a Cuban restaurant in Little Havana. It also happens to be the site of Miami's largest freehold.
The door in the alleyway, the kitchen door, allows access to and from the kitchen, but can also open into the freehold if a changeling, kinain, or enchanted human knocks three times on the door before opening it.
The interior of the freehold itself is lined with streets in technicolor Latin-American stylings, some literally glowing as if made with neon. The concrete streets are embedded with colored glass, gems, and pearlescent shells, and it is always sunset: light enough to still navigate the city streets, but the sky is blushed with a rainbow of pinks, oranges, and purples. 
Out of the various shops, the following are of note:

• Invisi-Knit, a clothing shop run by a grump nocker named Ms. Featherstone
• The Honey Comb Collective, a boggan motley/day laborer community

This is the commoners freehold, however - Queen Morganna rules from Caer Flamingo.
Their duchess, Carmen Juarez, rules from Caer Biscayne in Coconut Grove.

El Pequeño Soñador Freehold is a market freehold. A Market grants its freeholders -2 difficulty on Persuasion or Subterfuge rolls while they reside within.
