Los Perros del Noche
Like the members of La Sociedad, the Sabbat of Los Perros are primarily Lasombra of Hispanic descent. Unlike La Sociedad, Los Perros hail from more fumble origins and had less respectable professions in life. They do not see this as a negative, they argue it proves that they earned their place instead of being groomed for success. That “place,” however, revolves around keeping order in Miami, something not always popular in a sect that thrives on chaos. Los Perros are the enforcers of the Status Quo, with the Loyalists considering them sell-outs and opportunists. They are very loyal to Mendoza, who they consider immensely preferable to the Loyalists and their calls for anarchy. In their opinion, Los Perros and La Sociedad are linked, although Mendoza might differ.
Bishop Cesar Rodriguez has led the pack since the 1980s, but it has resided in Miami in some form since the 1920s. Its base of operations is Allapattah, a neighborhood northwest of Downtown home to the descendants of refugees fleeing violence and revolution in the Caribbean and Latin America. Los Perros draw their victims as well as recruits from the ethnic enclaves there.
The members of Los Perros feel no great love for one another; their Vinculum ratings hover to the low- to mid-range scale. They play nice together for the good of the group, but their motive for working together is mutual preservation, not affection. They do not tolerate failure or excuses. Due to their ruthless behavior, it is often said that their pack name suits them well.
