The city was ruled by Saelethil Liaris, Rose Liaris, and Meliodas's parents until Rose killed them to take the throne. Saelethil and Meliodas took the throne back, with Saelethil agreeing to take the crown. Later, when Saelethil and Meliodas sacrificed their lives to save the citizen's, Quinn Winsalan-Goldgrain wore the crown, though the city was destroyed.
