Apartments

Many of the buildings in Dome 1 have been either renovated or converted into apartments for the Outcasts to reside in.
Aside from the various work areas, science facilities, and the hospital, Most of the space in Dome 1 is apartment buildings.
With the addition of Dome 2 and the Tunnels, There is now much more space available.
