The Meeting Hall
The meeting Hall is a warehouse that has been renovated to be a central meeting place for the Outcasts. Located in Dome 1, it had some of the walls removed, lights strung up, a kitchen built, and a small stage for performances.
To help foster the sense of community, they share communal meals. Though only voluntary, most people take part and eat meals together. The tradition was started by Khaenor, the founder of the group and original leader. After his death, Feena, the new leader and daughter of Khaenor continued the tradition.
