The head of Clan Hamlen, the Baron of Deya. A ruthless schemer, considered a fine example of a Rethemi Lord.

He supported King Chafin III during the Rethemi Civil War. After the Kings death he lost his estates and disappeared from view. Using the last of his wealth he hire mercenaries and returned to Deya hoping to kill his long term rival Dame Athena Pallas, a knight of the Sisterhood of the Crimson Dancer. His plot failed and he was killed by Dame Athena.
