Scoutmaster Kip Rumpledream

Kip Rumpledream is a scoutmaster for the Wolf Pack Scout--a group of halfling scouts who earn badges and patches for knowledge of nature and civics. He was taking a Wolf Whelp Pack 387 out on their first camping trip when they spotted a dragon flying overhead and kobolds scattering. The kobolds snatched up the halfling children and Kip escaped and went to the League for their assistance in rescuing the children.
