Kip Rumpledream
Scoutmaster Kip Rumpledream
Kip Rumpledream is a scoutmaster for the Wolf Pack Scouts, a group of Halfling scouts who earn badges and patches for knowledge of nature and civics. He was taking Wolf Whelp Pack 387 out on their first camping trip when they spotted a dragon flying overhead and kobolds scattering. The kobolds snatched up the halfling children and Kip escaped and went to the League for their assistance in rescuing the children.
Kip traveled with the League as they rescued the halfling children from the Burnfist Clan of kobolds and a group of Northlander wereboars who had abducted the kids. While Kip was panicked, the Whelps of the Pack were eager to try to use the experiences to gain more badges. Though they missed the jamboree, the halflings were rescued and returned to Twineview unharmed.
When Eastbridge was taken over by Harrison Garrington, Kip brought a group of adult halfling scout leaders to join Tertius in liberating Eastbridge from Garrington.
