Harrison Garrington, a member of the Heroes of Halbrook adventuring party, worked for Duke Hueck Greyhall to capture the criminals that the League were trying to free. He is Tertius’ cousin, and spoke with Tertius though Tertius was rather cold to him. He discovered that after Tertius and the party turned down his offer, his father sent for him to join this new group, since he wanted someone of his blood and lineage to proclaim victory in returning the prisoners.
