One of the Halfling whelps of Wolf Whelp Pack 387 that was captured by Burnfist Clan kobolds and rescued by the League. When he was found, he still had an oar with him, stating that he took it with him so that if anyone found their canoes, they wouldn’t be able to use it without an oar. He had patches in rowing, boating, fishing, and forestry. He quickly identified Levi’s pups as wolves and asked his scout master, Kip Rumpledream, if he can get his animal identification patch for it, but Kip tried to redirect him to focus on surviving and rescuing the others. When the party was attacked by wraiths in Boora Bog, he rushed up to try to fight them with his oar, but was pulled away by Tiarjead. He was returned with the rest of his Wolf Pack Scouts members unharmed, returning to Twineview.
