Royal guardsperson for Queen Emeldawn Alistair of the Kingdom of Louth. He was sent to find Tertius and the party to arrange a meeting with the Queen after their arrival in Caer Craftenor. Stern and a drawn by duty, he bumped heads a bit with the party which seemed happy to delay the meeting.
