Roald
Roald met Levi in the marketplace of Caer Craftenor and told him that the Harbingers were getting together at the Steel Hook Tavern and that he should come. Uncertain, he and the others cautiously arrived at the Steel Hook to discover that the Harbingers of Freedom were a group of mostly Northmen who wanted liberation from rule under the High Queen. Roald doesn't oppose the High Queen with violence, but rather he is teaching the locals to make fishing nets and fish on their own so that they do not need to rely upon the High Queen's resources. Roald was very friendly with the League and helped them find a ship back to Eastbridge.
