The Manslaang Pirates were once headed by the infamous Captain HiHi, a former member of the even more infamous Doomed Kin.
A small crew, they sailed the Argent Seas on the Moontether, a ship stolen from Commander Pereek of the Twenty Orders.

Culture

An eclectic crew from many walks of life. All members of the Manslaang Pirates were either shunned by common society, former servants and ne’er-do-Wells, or ambitious mavericks. Under the watchful eye of Capt. HiHi, who tempered their less savory aspects, they all bonded over their shared pains and disassociation from normal Verousian society. 
Together they became a tightly knit group, working together to avoid the Empire’s navy, and butting heads with other, less altruistic pirate groups. 

Public Agenda

Freedom and friendship for all. They would steal from imperators and bullies and work to uplift the common people. Many considered them the closest things to Noble Thieves.

History

After gaining her sea legs and becoming a formidable pirate in her own right, HiHi set off to find a ship and crew of her own. Doing so, she would add to the fleet of ships that sailed under the Doomed Kin’s banner.
In Alagorio they stole Pereek’s original ship, the Coastrunner, and rebranded it The Moontether.
