Cyran Vafiel (see-ren vah-fee-ell)
Cyran is a centuries-old High Elf from distant lands who has been part of the Order of the Knowing Quill since long before the dissolution of the Ebonait monarchy. She has served as the order's representative on the Ebonait High Council since its inception.
Notably out of place as an Elf in the kingdom of Ebonait, Cyran spends the majority of her time holed up in the grand library which serves as the headquarters of the order. She personally oversees the advanced training of the order's scribes and accountants, and has been instrumental to the development of Ebonait's tax code.
