The Clock

The Clock is a criminal syndicate headquartered in Ulthen, but its presence is spread all over the island. Unlike the Tea Leaf Union, the Clock has no code and they abide by no ethical restrictions. They will steal from anyone, and they will employ any tactics to achieve their objectives. Members of the Clock will often employ violence and they are not much more organized than a network of brigands and robbers. The Clock organization is generally divided in semi independent cells that merely pay a tribute to their superior cell. The Clock is often behind highway robberies, burglaries, kidnappings and even murder for hire, although generally, members of the Clock will outsource their violence and will often hire mercenaries to bolster their ranks on more dangerous and elaborate heists or jobs. The Clock is a very dangerous organization that is in frequent conflict with city watches as well as their main rival, the Tea Leaf Union.
